By comparison Anthony and the team were thorough, interested, passionate and knowledgeable with much appreciated attention to detail. I felt that Anthony took the time to understand what it was that we were looking for in our home and tailored the plans to suit what we really needed, coming up with a design that worked for us. The final result is all we had hoped for and more and would not have happened without all the hard work from the dwell team. They have all been a pleasure to work with.”

“Wow! What can I say.. or where to start ! I can be a tad fussy and certainly as a working mum who works away most of the time, I have got not the time or contacts, however I like and appreciate a job well done... As soon as I met John I could tell we were on the same page ...it was sooooooo easy working with him ... he kept me informed of pretty much everything or what I needed to know. I have got not the time or intention to deal with every single detail! John was always on top of things so I just didn't worry or bothered ! My budget wasn't big, however John and his team were able to bring the project alive with high expectations and pretty much ticking all the boxes required with no hassle and minimal work for me involved (if any!) John's team is the best of the best ... tidy top workers selected from their skills and total professionals. I had a full bedroom with partial reform of upstairs/landing and hallway ... all with final decor, flooring and our fav beautiful fitted wardrobes ... From start to finish ... 1st class ! “We had a particularly difficult experience engaging someone to take our project forward. We spent a lot of time interviewing various companies and went forward with someone who unfortunately, proved to be disastrous. We'd all but given up on the project, until I contacted local Architects, Helyer Davies. From the outset, their approach was completely different. Our first meeting was at the property, on one of those rare occasions when snow brings everything and everyone to slithery halt and all appointments are cancelled. Martin Helyer, simply said...'don't worry, I've got the laptop...I'll walk.' From then on we enjoyed, for the first time in two years, the process of realising our dream home. A fresh set of eyes and new approach, meant that we have ended up with a superb house that really is a joy to live in, rather than just exist in. Good design elevates the ordinary, and that's exactly what we now have and enjoy every day. We found the meetings to be clear and informative. HD were prepared to listen and adapt. The road to getting planning was still fraught with difficulties but ultimately, was secured after they asked the Local Authority for a meeting and presented the proposals to them, in person. Without this initiative we'd still be waiting and doubtless, disappointed. Huge thanks to the Team in Emsworth for all their hard work.”
