“dwell design began working for us on the extension and refurbishment of our new home after the plan drawing company we had initially been recommended totally let us down. By comparison Anthony and the team were thorough, interested, passionate and knowledgeable with much appreciated attention to detail. I felt that Anthony took the time to understand what it was that we were looking for in our home and tailored the plans to suit what we really needed, coming up with a design that worked for us. The final result is all we had hoped for and more and would not have happened without all the hard work from the dwell team. They have all been a pleasure to work with.”

“Unlike many architects who suggested they could draw up our ideas and designs on CAD, right from the start PWJ took a different approach. Respectfully suggesting we put aside our ideas and plans and instead asked us to explain what was important to us, how we live, who wants to use the different spaces and in effect set out a requirements list for our new/refurbished house. PWJ took on board our wants and needs and used their skill and experience to come up with an initial concept design which incorporated almost all our wishes. Then after a few iterations, discussions and education we settled on a design which met our requirements but was also sympathetic to the existing structure. Three weeks ago we had planning approval with no objections or preconditions. So far the experience has been very positive and I have found Rebecca and Jamie to be both professional and helpful but also straight talking and honest which I have found very useful. I would rate PWJ as 5 star but we are only through the first phase and so I am reserving judgement until the job is complete. So now we move to Building Regs and detailed design ready for going to tender. More later......”

“Architecture Live planned and designed the complete extension and renovation of our 1960's house in West Sussex. At every stage they listened to our needs and requirements as a family and took those on board - while always adding new ideas and the flair to lift our project out of the ordinary. Their advice on energy efficiency and no-nonsense approach to eco initiatives was also refreshing and extremely valuable. Three years on we still absolutely love living in our house - which is both perfectly functional and extremely beautiful. We have an on-going relationship with the team as we are still completely further phases of our project, and find that their ideas and energy continue to impress. Highly recommend.”

“Alfie designed our garden room and office and took the project through the planning process. We are delighted with our new bespoke building that attracts so many positive comments from friends, neighbours and family. Alfie is very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. His ideas to vault the ceiling and have an exposed beam running the length of the building just adds to the wow factor. Our project was very small compared to what Alfie usually does, however we were made to feel every bit as important as all the other projects Alfie was running at the time.”
