“I whole heartedly recommend Highline Design & Build. Having been let down last minute by my builder, Justin and Dan stepped in to undertake my garage conversion. Their quote was provided expediently and was very competitive. From the outset, every member of the team was professional, polite and trustworthy as well as patient with a very demanding client! Justin and Dan were happy to accommodate any changes without fuss and took on additional landscape works including new driveway and piers without any delay to the program. “I invited Construct Atelier to coordinate the build of a ground floor 'L' 3m rear, 2m side extension. Alex came across as having just the flexibility of mind that I needed to help me with many of the broader structural and design decisions needed, as well as be able to assist with the sourcing of specific items. With a vast knowledge of architecture as well as build, he was able to ensure I got the most from my architect on the project as well as building control. Alex has been fantastic in his flexible approach to working through challenges, collaboratively, with me. Taking direction and advising strongly in equal measure. I'd highly recommend Alex to anyone considering a similar project.”

“Amazing! Nico has so many great design ideas that we hadn’t thought of. He kept us up to date of what was happening with the work all the time. They cleaned up after themselves every day and made sure that we were happy with what was happening. We are so pleased with the extention which was a beautiful kitchen/breakfast room, and the new family bathroom. I can not recommend them enough.”

“We had an extension made in 2008 and all our bathrooms were remodelled. New wires and plumbing on large parts of the house and a new heatingsystem . The previous foundations on the existing extension had to beredug ( deeper ). Earl & Calam did a highly professional job and the standard of work was very high and above all the quality. It has really 8 years later stood the test of time. Throughout the process the communication was good, when a problem arose ( as it does when doing massive buildingwork) a solution was found. The carpentry skills were to a high standard and their contacts in subcontracting other skilled professionals were good too so the plumber was great, the decorator, the specialist flooring guys. Not only did they do an amazing job with my stone floor but I had this beautiful reclaimed herring bone parquet flooring that arrived in dirty minute pieces that were later magically transformed into my beautiful polished floor. They are great with smart storage solutions. One of the bathrooms the architect had designed but the other one Earl& Calam designed for me and it is great. Would def recommend and use again”

“I viewed the renovated property on the market (for sale) and was impressed with the quality of the workmanship and finish in the rooms. The additional rooms were a good size and in keeping with the rest of the house. The kitchen layout maximised cupboard space but still created a light and airy space. The bathrooms were finished to a high standard. I would highly recommend this team for your project.”
