“Tom and his team have been outstanding and so professional from day one. They take the time and care to explain all processes step by step including fee proposals and looking at time lines. They have listened to us patiently and respectfully even when I’ve come put with some crazy ideas but found a solution that was not only pleasing but better than I could have imagined. Will has been brilliant at responding efficiently and immediately no matter how silly the questions they may be, making the team very approachable. He has worked and listened to us and asked all the right questions to find a design that suits our needs but is practical. Both Tom and Will at each point have also kept us advised regarding budget at each step and clear about how the changes we want to make may impact that but more importantly rather than dismissing these ideas, looked for solutions and compromises where necessary which we would be happy with while trying to stay on target budget. We can not recommend them highly enough and have also used the team on much larger projects.”

The design and build team offered a turnkey solution from planning right through to marketing and handover. The quality of the build was incredibly high and all the properties exceeded asking price on disposal. This unique and flexible service offered by The Site Projects made delivering this development far easier than it would have been had we approached this scheme from a more traditional route. Raki’s vision and the skills and experienced craftsmanship of his team is a winning combination. At no point was the project neglected in favour of another build – we had several people on site every day for six months. Everyone we worked with at RMR are pleasant, personable, extremely competent and very hard-working. Nothing is too much trouble. We are delighted with the end-result and would not hesitate to recommend RMR to anyone."”

“It has been an absolute pleasure to have Claire working on our renovation project. She has a natural talent in interior design and has guided us step by step through the process. Claire instinctively reads a space to identify how to benefit from it the most. We were genuinely unsure of how to make our tired 1920's cottage work for us, but with Claire's calm professional approach and well thought out vision we could then see the potential within our home. A true eureka moment! As well as taking a practical approach to her work Claire is very much a creative at heart, this shows in her designs and navigation of any hiccups which may come along the way. We would highly recommend Claire Halstead Interiors for taking any space to the next level, and have some fun whist doing it!”

“This was not our 'forever house' so we had a limited budget in mind to improve it when I contacted Barclay Interiors. We revamped a kitchen, playroom, drawing room and dining room. They came and chatted and had with some wonderful ideas so we decided to go ahead. Their tradesmen were thoroughly professional from first to last and a pleasure to have in the house. The designers worked with me carefully and understood my taste but still managed to introduce new and exciting ideas. Colours, wallpapers and fabrics and even the furniture itself - up cycling existing furniture and buying new. My home is now unique. We have the maximum use of the space and everything flows, so we won't be moving anytime soon! I cannot recommend them enough for making my home both beautiful and comfortable too. The photographers of 25 Beautiful Homes loved the house and we will be appearing soon.”

“From initial contact up until the completion of the job and after, Jamie has been an absolute pleasure. Professional, very talented and extremely helpful with all my questions and wishes. He designed an absolutely beautiful garden for me, exactly what I asked for, and even advised on certain things that may work better than what I had asked for, and they really did work better! He seemed very knowledgable. The hand drawn design was so beautiful I want to have it framed! The people used to create my garden were lovely and worked really hard to get the job done in the timeframe promised, even with a few complications. All in all, a great experience. Would highly recommend. In fact I have asked Jamie to do a garden planner for my auntie, and to create some pots for a charity function I have coming up. I can’t wait to see my garden in bloom next summer.”
