“House of Blake literally saved my home. I had hired another builder to complete a renovation home and was left with an incomplete house with serious structural and workmanship issues. Blake helped me devise a plan to take back to project to the usable parts of work done, his structural engineer devised structural supports which could be incorporated into the existing design and in 6 months he left me with a beautiful home. The workmanship, design and detail on the finished house aligned perfectly to what I'd envisaged. I hired Blake as after my first renovation went horribly wrong, I would only move forward with an expert in the renovation of an Edwardian home. Blake had beautiful renovated 2 friend's home which I've seen and had glowing reviews on that work. As a single women working on my first large scale renovation, I needed someone with whom I could collaborate on the delivery of the house I envisoned. Blake was that person. His team was professional and conscious throughout the project and worked tirelessly to complete the work on-time.”

“They recently completed the full refurbishment of our home in Hampstead. We don't live in London full time hence it was great to hand over the project into the capable hands of Homeconcepts. We were regularly kept you up to date with emails, photos and texts keeping us up to date as the project progressed. It was a large scope including initial designs, heating, A/C, flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, a full rewire, plastering and pretty much everything else including furnishings to get the house finished. I think our biggest headache during the works was deciding on the paint schemes Homeconcepts presented, my wife loves yellows, I love greys! The standard of workmanship was was excellent, particularly the Joinery in the Living Room that runs through to the Kitchen area and the Bedroom wardrobes with the hidden walk through to the Ensuite. I could continue but simply will leave it that they're really did a great job!”

“I would highly recommend Beams to anyone planning to remodel their bathroom/kitchens! We had been dreading re-doing our bathrooms and had put it off for years. But Beams made the whole process totally painless! I felt in control and supported through the entire project. The design process felt really collaborative and they introduced us to a brilliant contractor who delivered the project on time and on budget, with minimal disruption - no mean feat, with two small children under foot! The finish on all three of our bathrooms is fantastic, we couldn't be happier!”
