“Fineva Construction came as a personal recommendation, and they did not disappoint. They built a kitchen extension and side return on our Victorian home in Beckenham. At the outset, they helped make all those tricky decisions I had no experience of, and looking back, we made all the right choices. All work was carried out within the 12 week schedule that was initially agreed and to the highest standards. As with any building work, there were small unforeseen issues that arose. But Pete Cook and his guys always had a solution ready and never tried to increase the cost because of them. The plans we had were always flexible, meaning that when our ideas evolved, they were always happy to incorporate them. They made useful suggestions on how to make improvements that we wouldn’t have thought of, such as adding soundproofing between the floors when the opportunity arose. The guys on site were all a pleasure to have around; courteous, polite and hard-working. As someone who works in the building industry, I was very impressed at every aspect of their work, and they are the top recommendation I have in my book of contacts!”

“This building firm is really down to earth. Their projects have been amazing and they not only provide service but they disperse really useful advise such as when we showed them our draft drawings, they suggested improvements which was great as now we have a set of drawings which are amazing especially suggesting interior design features that woud have been harder to implement later on and probably added to the cost, They are also great at purchasing and will get the best deals for you. very easy to talk to and I am looking forward to working with them when our house is being built. “Amabuilt has been the best building firm I have ever used - and that is over many decades and several house renovations and countless other works. Their lead contractor, Mihai Vatajelu, is multi-skilled, an excellent craftsman, and brings in the jobs to the highest quality finishes brilliantly on time and on - or under - budget. He is highly professional in getting the job done but hugely caring to make sure that any disruption is minimal. He is totally trustworthy and is scrupulous in only charging for hours worked. He is the only builder I have ever felt totally confident in recommending unreservedly to my friends - and they have been delighted with the great works he has done for them.”

“The work carried out by Collier Homes was to a very high standard and we are extremely pleased with the results. The cost was very reasonable and came in on budget and also in line with the quote. Ben was punctual, courteous, friendly and professional in all aspects of the job. We would definitely use him again in the future and we have also recommended him to our friends and family. “We cannot speak highly enough of I D Smith Construction Services. We instructed them to fully refurbish our 1930s semi with the addition of a single storey extension. The project included new external render, full rewire, replumb, fresh plastering, new roof, bespoke carpentry, new gravel driveway, new kitchen and new bathrooms amongst many other items. There's not much these guys can't turn their hands to. We found Ian and his team a pleasure to deal with. They were reliable and trustworthy and most importantly delivered an excellent finish throughout. As is inevitable with major building work we did incur additional, unforeseen costs but these were reasonable and proportionate and Ian kept us informed throughout. What we loved in particular was Ian's ability to find solutions to any problems we encountered. His calmness throughout the project helped keep our stress levels down. We hope to work with Ian, Kieron, Phil and Stuart again in the future (possibly a patio) once we have saved up! Highly recommended.”

“I Love working with the guys at D & T Carpentry. They have a great eye for detail and really work with you and your ideas on any project you undertake. They seem to be respected by architects and buildings regulators to - which gives you reassurance!. Nothing is too much for them and they go the extra mile to ensure your project, however large or small, gets done on time and to budget! Here are some pictures of a recent project. Double story side extension and single story kitchen extension. Still waiting for more photographs but here is my kitchen extension.”

“Extendahome - ...well I cannot praise this business enough . Had them round to build a garden bar and it’s everything we wanted and more - had no problems whatsoever with price , timekeeping , tidiness, the boys westley and Perry were spot on . Weather was awlful yet they didn’t let us down . They really have done a great job ( no job too big or small ) .. they do their best to adapt to your budget - il definitely 100% use Extendahome again and would highly recommend”
