But Pete Cook and his guys always had a solution ready and never tried to increase the cost because of them. The plans we had were always flexible, meaning that when our ideas evolved, they were always happy to incorporate them. They made useful suggestions on how to make improvements that we wouldn’t have thought of, such as adding soundproofing between the floors when the opportunity arose.
