“My flat in Central London consisting of two rooms plus kitchen, bathroom & cloakroom/ utility was completely refurbished over a period of approximately three months to a very high standard. Materials were sourced at reasonable prices, including IKEA & John Lewis, as well as being custom made in the case of certain shelving & cupboards. Although small, it was a difficult project, involving some structural work & completely new kitchen, bathroom & utility room in awkward spaces. Additionally it was on the 4th floor, with attendant problems of access and parking. Delano kept the disruption to a minimum, protecting the communal areas of carpet, writing to all the neighbours and generally being very considerate. The flat is beautiful and shows great attention to detail, enabling me to have everything I wanted, without losing a sense of space and light. I am delighted.”

“We used Urban Living for our full renovation. We met with Rafal and immediately connected and as this was our first building project we found this really helpful. We were provided a competitive quote and then followed up several references so we could see his team’s work. Once the build got underway we dealt with Rafal on a daily basis. The whole team were hard working and professional, and this was also recognised by our neighbours who gave positive comments about them. We are happy to recommend them and would use them again in the future.”

“This building firm is really down to earth. Their projects have been amazing and they not only provide service but they disperse really useful advise such as when we showed them our draft drawings, they suggested improvements which was great as now we have a set of drawings which are amazing especially suggesting interior design features that woud have been harder to implement later on and probably added to the cost, They are also great at purchasing and will get the best deals for you. very easy to talk to and I am looking forward to working with them when our house is being built. “I was recommended to Clearly renovations by an AV contractor that I was considering using for the complete rebuild and refurbishment of my apartment. The job was not without it's problems as the flat is a lateral development situated over two clothes shops on a very busy market street that trades 7 days a week ( and obviously had to continue trading throughout,unhindered ) it's also in a conservation area with all the added pressures that ensued. From day one I found Jeremy and his team helpful and conscientious .There were a myriad of problems that manifested over the project but all were handled with professionalism and aplomb. I have been back in the apartment a year now and again the few snagging problems have been sorted out with minimum fuss.I could not recommend this company more highly and would certainly use them again.”
