“Having been used to furnishing period properties, I suspected I would be in trouble when I purchased a large, square-roomed flat with no intrinsic features to guide me. Fortunately I found Lisa who, over a period of several months, has delivered a home that is both stylish and comfortable. She is very professional and needed to be extremely patient, since I knew what I didn’t want rather than what I did. After an initial meeting on site she produced mood-boards that were subsequently added to and subtracted from. Having sourced pieces that she felt would work Lisa accompanied me on two days of pre-arranged meetings with suppliers, her presence being invaluable in keeping me focused. She ordered items once decided upon and arranged for their delivery, which sometimes required time-consuming input on her part since I am absent from the UK for periods of time. Lisa has great ideas, is a delight to work with and really cares about what she does. In short, I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone seeking a thoughtful, talented and pro-active interior designer.”

“Teresa did a very thorough job when helping me to set the style of my newly refurbished penthouse apartment in Barcelona. She prepared a complete questionnaire to hep identify what I wanted, inspired me with some examples, and then sent me mood boards and recommendations on where to buy the different pieces of furniture / decoration. On top of that, she's a very nice and fun person to hang out with, which made me enjoy the whole process very much. I would wholeheartedly recommend her. Maria”

“I had moved into my new home, and the interior decor was neutral - but bland. I was, frankly, at a loss as to how to begin to make it work for me. Kay visited, listened to how I need my home to function, talked me through the possibilities and created several mood boards to enable me to visualise how it could look. She even sent me links to the products I needed, taking the angst out of shopping for the right items. My lovely new home now feels like my space - thanks so much, Kay, for working your magic and taking the fear out of introducing pattern, colour and texture.”

“It has been an absolute pleasure to have Claire working on our renovation project. She has a natural talent in interior design and has guided us step by step through the process. Claire instinctively reads a space to identify how to benefit from it the most. We were genuinely unsure of how to make our tired 1920's cottage work for us, but with Claire's calm professional approach and well thought out vision we could then see the potential within our home. A true eureka moment! As well as taking a practical approach to her work Claire is very much a creative at heart, this shows in her designs and navigation of any hiccups which may come along the way. “Vahena is a very professional, gifted and passionate interior architect. We needed to remodel an outdated 1960's house we had recently purchased to make it our home and Vahena provided great input as much in terms of spatial design and layout as in terms of kitchen or bathroom design. She provided concept boards, samples for all the materials she recommended, costing for all the furniture and fittings, from floorings to bathroom tiles, kitchen to bathroom furniture and fittings, light fixtures to window treatments. She challenged us to step out of our comfort zone on some aspects of the design and we are so happy we did: the bespoke staircase she designed for us is one of the most stunning elements of our new home. Vahena is truly easy to work with and made the project hassle and stress-free for us! I wish we had used her services with our previous property, it would have avoided us a lot of headaches and time spent working with the architect, sourcing and managing a builder - all that with both my husband and I having a very young family and 2 full-time jobs. I highly recommend Vahena for large property renovation projects. Ours simply would not have happened without her. If anyone living around Cheltenham (UK) is thinking about using her services and would like to see what was achieved with our house, get in touch!”

“We at blue bee, commissioned Living the Interior to re-style our office, it was your standard magnolia-painted office space and lacked character. Since we are a creative agency we wanted a space that would inspire the team working there and impress clients on their visits to the office. Both Kat and Vickie were highly professional on their visits, quick with their responses whenever we had any questions and came up with a scheme for the office that has transformed the place we work. We couldn't be happier, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!”
