Do not be fooled by the company name - they do far more than just decorating! In summary Ryan's Decorators offer and deliver a first class service at a very competitive price. “We hired CELLI Property Care for our loft conversion, and I can honestly say that they were just more then we expected. It was our first time doing something this big to our house so we needed someone with experience that knew exactly what would go into a project like this. They did a fantastic job at walking us through every part of the project and they guaranteed that they will keep us in the loop throughout the whole process. The guys were really hardworking, tidy and polite. They would clean at the end of each working day, and they did everything possible not to disturb us. The price wasn't the cheapest of all the quotes we've received, but Celino was by far the most knowledgeable and patient estimator that came to visit us. Overall we are very happy with the job and we would recommend CELLI Property Care to anyone looking to hire a responsible, fair and hardworking contractor. Emma Hughes”

“Complete new bathroom installed following removal of old bathroom. Work was very professional, executed within agreed time frame and within budget. I was kept well informed throughout the process. I am extremely pleased with the end result. I have since used the company for the removal of my old kitchen and the preparatory work for the installation of my new kitchen (installation was done by kitchen supply company). Again I was very pleased with the work done by Battersea Builders. They kept to time and worked within budget and there was no problem with interfacing with the kitchen company. I will certainly use them again.”

“Prestige build and management undertook a complete renovation of our Victorian house in Plumstead last year. We found every member of the team a pleasure to work with. The quality of each of the trades - tiling, electrics, plumbing and building was excellent. The team were interested in achieving the aesthetic we wanted and advised us on some of our slightly naive ideas and material choices to deliver what we wanted. The whole team were clean, efficient trustworthy and personable. The office team were also really efficient and helpful to deal with. They were willing to work with us when we had cash flow issues with the bank which, on a major project, is invaluable for any home owner. We also had significant regulatory issues with a basement conversion and Jay and his team persevered to get the project completed despite the obstacles. I would say that price wise they are on the upper end of the spectrum but you get the quality and service you pay for and for us it was worth every penny.”

“To set the scene : we are mid-way through construction, to renovate & extend of our Victorian terrace in East London. We've had Seán and Stephen Ltd as our architects for 18 months so far. My wife and I are complete novices to design & construction, and Seán and Stephen have expertly and supportively guided us through each stage, enabling us to really enjoy every part of creating our new home. I would happily recommend this professional practice to family and friends. They were great at helping to bring some of our own design preferences to life using plans, 3D models, and interactive virtual room design tools. But they also have challenged our thinking too, leading us to add in a number of amazing and creative features that we would never otherwise have considered. Seán and Stephen created an extremely thorough and professional Design & Access Statement to help explain our project to the local planners. As a direct result of the quality of S&S’s planning pack our application (which proposed various potentially contentious items such as a basement, lightwell, and dormer) was approved without a single significant amendment. Since the contractor began the works Seán and Stephen have project managed every aspect of the construction programme, providing us with detailed weekly updates and explaining everything to us in layman’s terms. They consistently fight our corner with the contractor on a number of technical and cost-related issues which gives us real confidence that the project is in safe hands. So far we have enjoyed a stress-free project thanks to their project management skills”

Their professionalism and work ethic is incredible, but the most impressive aspect of their work is their creativity and how this translates into a design solutions focused towards the benefit of their clients. In our case, they came up with the most brilliant ideas to make the most out of our very limited budget, the selection of materials in tandem with the design details gave a final result that was beyond what we imagined and looked as if we have spent 3 times more than we actually did. We are really looking forward to work with Superfusion for our next project, as we cannot wait to see what they can do with a much bigger budget.”

“Tim and Zenico have managed our ground floor extension from the start of the project. Tim has attended every meeting with our architect and advised us every step of the way on pricing, functionality of the plans as well as offering invaluable insights when choosing the building firm to carry out the work. Above all the practical advice, the best aspect of having Tim on our team has been that he has taken the headache out of the build. Tim and Ray have managed all the conversations and on-site visits with the builders to ensure the project remains within budget and on time, negotiating dates and (sometimes) delays to the schedule. Communication is excellent. Tim always provides us with clear timelines of the project on a weekly (sometimes daily!) basis. Tim has also realised savings for us by using his trade knowledge when purchasing appliances. We would wholeheartedly recommend Zenico to anyone thinking of undertaking a major build project. Tim and Ray are always available, polite and offer timely and relevant advice - I cannot recommend them enough”
