The color looks a lot like SW Sea Salt, or even Benjamin Moore Palladian Blue. The bed is Annie Selke.

We're all for a bit of hard work, and would definitely paint the cupboards. You are right not to use F&B, it's an inferior paint compared to dulux, and not correct for your purposes, being Eggshell finish. Dulux Trade Satinwood is far better, gives a better finish and is hardwearing. ( It's also more expensive than F&B i'm afraid, but you get what you pay for ). I'd paint the cupboards in a pale grey and replace the knobs. Give the area behind the bed a good dark grey finish, to help with making your choice of headboard really stand out. It's a mixed bag for me. I like the parquet (if non-slip), and prefer the gold/brass tap and the marble top although not sure what the wall finish is. I prefer however closed storage and even though i would prefer not for the wc to be the focal point I'm not sure there's enough room to have the WD and sink opposite each other? The shower control looks as if it isn't under the shower head which is good although there looks to be little room for showering. I'd also add a niche if possible for storing shampoo etc

Despite the small size, with clever design it can function very well as a studio for you. Put storage shelves and drawers on one wall for all your makeup accessories and two chairs for yourself and a client on the opposite. Sounds very sumptuous! I think personally I’d go for all the same colour but some pics of the room might help with more advice. If you did want something different for the back wall then I think it would have to be tonally similar or it might look a bit choppy (if that makes sense). Mid to deep grey goes well with burgundy but with a texture such as grasscloth wallpaper or in smaller pieces of furniture. Rusty orange, dirty pinks, plum purples, deep greens might also look good for accessories. Some large artwork or maybe even a wall mural might help to break up the long wall. Use plenty of lights and lamps to brighten up dark corners and give a lovely atmosphere. I personally like eclectic and traditional styles so think a Persian style rug would look fab and this may help deciding on other colour accessories for the room. Here’s some inspiration:
