The initial stage of this job was a whole house renovation, where the pictures speak for themselves, including a new bathroom, library, open plan kitchen, utility and gymnasium.

The ground floor alterations required extensive structural works and the conversion of the existing double garage.

The client was so pleased with our work, that they brought us back to construct a rear extension.

What was once an outdated and unusable conservatory space, is now a sleek orangery bathed in sunlight.

Conservatories can be beautiful spaces, but are usually plagued by their lack of practicality. Always too warm in the summer, and freezing in the winter months, temperature control is next to impossible without spending a fortune on heating/AC.

The obvious solution is the installation of an orangery, this largely glazed structure provides ample natural light; but simultaneously benefits from a highly thermally efficient external fabric. Form and function is of equal prominence, striking this delicate balance is what made this rear living space complete.

Our attention to detail is showcased by the vertical timber cladding, the spacing and placement couldn’t be more perfect; This, coupled with a corner bifold door, the orientation of which perfectly frames the view out into the garden.
