Our complete reimagining of an uninspired existing front façade in Newbridge, Bath.

The revised layout features two additional bedrooms, including a generously sized new master bedroom and ensuite. The feature corner window and high vaulted ceilings, ensure these spaces are light and airy, making the most of natural light despite their northeasterly orientation.

We have also added to the house's functionality by adding a larger and more inviting porch and a carport.

Sustainability is present in every facet of this extension, the building fabric has a high thermal efficiency, a sedum green roof on the carport provides a perfect habitat for insect life, and we have proposed twenty PV solar panels with battery storage.

The exterior will be clad with locally sourced timber and a beautiful anthracite grey zinc roof. Not only does this improve the overall aesthetic of the property but it harmonizes with the surrounding context of the area.
