This is a beautiful rear porch which we both designed and built.

The brief was to create a more functional space, on the existing footprint and provide a modern aesthetic that works within the period setting.

Timber clad with Sweet Chestnut, half-lap cladding, Anthracite Grey aluminium door and corner windows, with a matching bespoke aluminium coping. The flat roof is GRP in dark grey and the internals have been lined with A-grade plywood with Sweet Chestnut plugs.

This project was a design and build contract undertaken in under 1 month.
