“Corrie has recently helped us to come up with some new ideas on how to reconfigure our house. My husband and I had been going round in circles about how we could fit two bathrooms into the house. Corrie came up with fresh ideas that we hadn’t thought of (and we had thought a lot!), so we will now be able to have the en suite we have always wanted. Corrie is practical but also uses imagination when looking at a space. We have valued his advice immensely, as we needed a creative approach on how to make use of fairly inflexible rooms and he provided just that - with options! We felt that Corrie’s experience working on both hotel and housing projects, made him perfect for us, as he knows how to make things work in small spaces but also understands how people want to live, so his suggestions are both valuable and visually appealing. I can’t recommend Corrie enough as an architect and on top of that he’s a genuinely lovely person. Even if you’re not quite sure what you want yet, it’s worth getting in touch as he might just help you work it out.”

“Our experience with Go plans has been excellent. They arranged a home visit at very short notice, listened to our suggestions and compiled the initial drawings relatively quickly. They also successfully handled the whole planning permission process for us and provided a very fast and professional response to the requests and changes requested by the planning officer. “Olivier has been an amazing inspiration, support and problem solver throughout our renovation of a ground floor flat in a Victorian terrace in South London. The initial process involved a detailed consultation and investigation of the property to assess our needs and the possibilities of our new home. Olivier has a professional but friendly manner, with a reassuring confidence and good communication. We immediately loved his designs and ideas for our space, and appreciated him really listening to our own ideas and input. His recommendations for tradesmen were solid and he had an excellent working relationship with all parties and trades. He made the whole process clear and offered pragmatic solutions throughout the project. “Designed a Garden Room extension to the back of a 1960s house in a 20th Century Conservation Area to create an 'integrated living' feel to the ground floor including taking the kitchen into this space. The Architects worked collaboratively with us, taking the design through the Planning process, producing detailed tender documents to enable us to select an appropriate builder. Remaining in the background but available to support us during the construction period.”

“Property team offered a competitive and modular pricing scheme to get through the planning stages from inception through to detailed plans. They've took over from a previous architect. Since then they've been out and took measurements and we've had Zoom/Teams calls to go through the design where we're able to add and remove items, talk through and visualise the options available. The guys are full of ideas and have a wealth of experience. On-line editing plans and spinning around the house in 3D view to see how things will look. Something our previous architect couldn't do. It's easier working with these guys remote than with someone who turned up and sat in our house. Looking forward to the revised plans being approved and getting into the detailed design.”

“Yihyi has helped our family on a couple of occasions, and both have gone so well that we intend to get her involved in a third project. We can't recommend her highly enough. She helped my brother turn a two bed one bath flat into a three bed two bath flat, creating a great family home from a small space, with flair and care - but without a huge budget. A couple of years later, she has helped me update my loft space and create a living and sleeping space that we absolutely love, and also reworked my bathroom, shower room and small toilet - all of which I love. If you get the chance to hire her - do it!”

Kathryn then took over on a day to day basis as project manager and I cannot praise her highly enough. Dealing with the local authority, building control, structural engineers and the many contractors was done with calm and determination and I now have my dream space.”
