“Having had been left a plot of land from my fathers estate(pony land) I asked James of JETArch DesignLTD to design two houses and obtain full planning permission from my local council planners department. Over the course of 7-8months Not only did James achieve this, planning was granted at the first attempt. I would point out this was not straight forward and many surveys were carried out and had to be evaluated. Throughout the whole experience I was kept up to date with the progress going forward until completion. “dwell design began working for us on the extension and refurbishment of our new home after the plan drawing company we had initially been recommended totally let us down. By comparison Anthony and the team were thorough, interested, passionate and knowledgeable with much appreciated attention to detail. I felt that Anthony took the time to understand what it was that we were looking for in our home and tailored the plans to suit what we really needed, coming up with a design that worked for us. The final result is all we had hoped for and more and would not have happened without all the hard work from the dwell team. They have all been a pleasure to work with.”
