They also helped me get the structural engineering package in place, completed the party wall process for us, recommended contractors and advised on the contract once we had selected our preferred contractor. Throughout the project Danny was extremely attentive, always available to discuss and would always take time with us. His eye for detail and fantastic talent were the reasons we chose DS Designs and we were so thankful we did.     “I hired Detailed-Planning to produce plans for an extension involving creating a kitchen diner and a larger bedroom. From the beginning they were very professional and had very good ideas to compliment my own ideas. They took care of all the legalities and recommended builders etc. I was taken to see a previous project which is very unusual but extremely helpful. They have been exemplary in answering any questions and even met with my neighbours addressing their concerns and allaying any fears they had. The company have visited on a number of occasions to check on progress and took photographs on a regular basis. I have recommended them to others as I found their attitude to be very professional but also very human!”
