“We employed Christine Peever to provide us with architectural services to renovate a 4 storey property dating back to 1912. The property was in a very poor state and we had no experience of such a project. Christine was an excellent listener to our needs and I felt she understood our strengths and weaknesses as her clients and adapted herself to us both as individuals to create our vision. Her note taking was faultless and she carried out all changes with exactness and efficiency, of which there were many! We also have to thank her for her endless patience during the decision making processes. She pushed us hard to make as many decisions as possible before going out to tender and this has inevitably assisted us with keeping our budget under control. We look forward to welcoming her back to the property shortly so that she can see what she helped us to create.”

“Janet from Studio Lunet has been working with us for the past 18 months on the interior design of our home renovation and I genuinely couldn’t recommend her more! Her creative use of our space, the detail in the design and the boldness of the end result is way beyond what we could ever have imagined. On top of that she is an absolute joy to work with, no question goes unanswered, budgets are always taken into consideration and she gave us the odd creative push when needed! “We approached JW Design with our brief and an extremely tight deadline which they were able to deliver against. Joe was personable in approach and made sure the design created was based on our needs. He added a lot of value by offering alternative designs and ways of thinking about using the space which we feel would not have been the case with other architects which we approached. This progressive nature and eye for detail went beyond just the plan designs throughout the build as Joe wanted to be involved throughout the project. The return visits and time spent with our builder meant that nothing was missed (and no shortcuts achieved!). We highly recommend, might be more than expensive than your average but the value is there.”

“Kasawoo helped us to transform a plain commercial building unit into a multipurpose private office and entertainment space. Through the design of the 1.5 floor layout and inclusion of clever storage partitions, we were enabled to fully utilize the modest floor space. All sections of the unit remain bright and airy, as the overall layout respects the natural lightning from the original windows.. Needless to say, service was friendly and professional!”

“Danny at DS Designs was absolutely excellent throughout the project. They helped us transform our semi detached home with a rear extension. Throughout the project Danny was extremely attentive, always available to discuss and would always take time with us. His eye for detail and fantastic talent were the reasons we chose DS Designs and we were so thankful we did. Throughout the project they were extremely practical and made sure every decision was for our benefit. They were amazing at helping us with the project and highlight things that would be important for us as a family. We cannot recommended DS Design highly enough. Danny has subsequently completed a number of other projects for our family and friends.”

“Trust this guy, I did and I am more than pleased with his work and the results. It’s one less thing to worry about! Definitely use and I cannot recommend highly enough. I only had a loft conversion to do. I did my research and got a quote from Hunter. I used this detail to check other Architects. Others may have given me cheaper quotes but when you probe them on the details the cost escalates and you end up with more questions than answers. He is very approachable and did not bombard me with technical jargon. He kept it simple to get the results I wanted, and he prepared thorough planning and building regs applications to secure approval for my loft. At every stage he explained what we needed to do to get what I wanted. I was happy with all his recommendations after my views were discussed. More over all the issues that you hear about, can and did crop up. He helped me resolve them. He chased the people he needed to and kept me in the loop. He also gave me invaluable advice on other issues of the project that I had not anticipated. Job done, thanks Hunter.”
