“I whole heartedly recommend Highline Design & Build. Having been let down last minute by my builder, Justin and Dan stepped in to undertake my garage conversion. Their quote was provided expediently and was very competitive. From the outset, every member of the team was professional, polite and trustworthy as well as patient with a very demanding client! Justin and Dan were happy to accommodate any changes without fuss and took on additional landscape works including new driveway and piers without any delay to the program. The workmanship of all trades was excellent and I am very happy with the results. I will certainly be using Highline Design & Build for future projects.”

“We hired CELLI Property Care for our loft conversion, and I can honestly say that they were just more then we expected. It was our first time doing something this big to our house so we needed someone with experience that knew exactly what would go into a project like this. They did a fantastic job at walking us through every part of the project and they guaranteed that they will keep us in the loop throughout the whole process. The guys were really hardworking, tidy and polite. They would clean at the end of each working day, and they did everything possible not to disturb us. The price wasn't the cheapest of all the quotes we've received, but Celino was by far the most knowledgeable and patient estimator that came to visit us. Overall we are very happy with the job and we would recommend CELLI Property Care to anyone looking to hire a responsible, fair and hardworking contractor. Emma Hughes”

“I contacted Rose Narmani to design my three bedroom house and the results are wonderful. I had a specific theme and colour scheme for each room and Rose listened to all of my requirements and the house has been transformed into an incredible living space. She designed my child’s bedroom and he now loves it. We wouldn’t have been able to do this without the intervention of Rose. She was thorough and professional throughout our engagement with her. You must contact her if you are contemplating having the interior of a property designed as she will not only transform the property into an incredible living space but we have also found that this has increased the value of our property. “Daron and the team did a fantastic job from start to finish. From the very first meeting, he set realistic expectations, and showed his knowledge, experience and expertise. He gave a competitive quote, and was careful not to over-promise and under-deliver. The quality of the work was above what we expected, and the team went above and beyond to ensure we were happy, even going the extra mile by, for example, painting additional spaces for consistency. The job was a complete first floor refurb after a devastating fire and we were vulnerable and in shock. Daron’s calm and professional approach was reassuring, and the communication was regular, clear and excellent (we lived offsite). The work was completed ahead of schedule. The neighbours also praised how tidy, polite and cooperative the whole team at PD&B were. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.”

“My experience with Paul and Vicon could not have exceeded my expectations more. When you start building, everyone tells you that builders will skim corners and try to finish the job falling short. I would walk into my house and Paul would be checking every detail that I didn’t even notice or his team would make me come down to the floor to appreciate how level the tiles were. There is a sense of pride in their work that I have so rarely found, and I trust them wholeheartedly.”

“Hurlingham Developments were instructed to complete our entire 3 storey home renovation. This involved total refurbishment and renovation of our 6 bedroom property and garden. We chose Andy and his team as he was honest and reliable and got back to me on all our requests. This was a big job and wasnt without its hurdles. Andy project managed the whole build was on site regularly and informed us ahead of time should projects be delayed. If you want a reliable builder, who is happy to give impartial advice and get the job done choose Hurlingham. We are now using Andy's team to paint our interior walls and windows.”
