A dated 1960 bungalow was extended and modernised to create a light and generous open plan living area and an additional bedroom on the first floor. The existing PVC conservatory was removed to make space for a larger, contemporary extension with extensive garden views and a log burner as central feature. The exterior of the dwelling was completely transformed by replacing all the windows with high-performance triple glazed units, re-tiling the roof and replacing rain water goods and wall cladding.
