Oasys Property Solutions were asked to deliver this project, having been designed by DHV Architects. The existing kitchen extension was demolished, and rebuilt with a slightly larger footprint. Structural modifications opened up the space into a rear reception room to create a generous kitchen diner and doors/windows have been placed strategically to connect with the garden. The windows to a bay window to the adjoining garden room were replaced with sliding doors, and the new flat roof extended over the bay window. Despite the North-East orientation, the extension is flooded with natural light.
