A mid-terrace house in Bristol was extended into the side return to create a generous kitchen / dining area.
The extension’s roof is entirely glazed to ensure plenty of daylight into the existing back room. Following removal of the existing side wall, the new steel posts and beam are left exposed and painted yellow to provide a striking visual feature.
