This Grade II listed building had a very dark and narrow kitchen with a small window and door at the end at a strange angle. Access to house was via a door directly of the living room which made the living / dining room a thoroughfare. DHVA designed the layouts for a complete remodel and overhaul of the existing kitchen extension creating a funky and bright kitchen and a cosy living / dining room. The entrance wall hall was reinstated to create an entrance hall with plenty of storage space. A new large Glazing Vision roof light illuminates the kitchen and a metal /timber clad external overhang provides shelter.
