Cliff Top House, Para 55, Kent
A NPPF para 55 proposal located on top the white cliffs and in the North Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The curved form allows the bedroom to achieve optimum views of the sea and morning light whereas the kitchen and dining spaces receive the evening light. South facing garden nestles in the centre of this curve. Along the inside of the internal curve facade integrated 'solar wall’ provides warm air to be fed into the MVHR system, thus reducing the heating requirements of the house.
