This NPPF Para 55 house sits within an agricultural farmyard and an established hierarchy of existing structures.

The design concept was for the building to resemble an agricultural barn and to respect the existing hierarchy. Squires Young Landscape Architects provided a comprehensive landscape strategy and masterplan as part of the Para 55 proposals.

Integral to this proposal are the flood mitigation measures, a sustainable drainage strategy and biodiversity enhancements.
