Water Lane, Para 79, Kent

Gaining planning permission in 2020, this 16 acre plot in the High Weald AONB is being transformed through the extension of an ancient woodland gill habitat which re-links historic woodland areas and provides a robust enhanced natural landscape within which this magnificent NPPF Paragraph 79 dwelling sits. The building itself explores the character of old Kent peg tiled roofscapes and enjoys views across contained meadow glades.
