Echo Barn, Para 55, NPPF, Kent

This striking Para 55 dwelling in the Cotswold AONB, sits at the headland between two ridge and furrow fields in a spectacular hillside location. Designed using passive solar building techniques, this low energy family home features a unique leaf shaped zinc roof, that organises the open plan living spaces beneath and rests upon the discreet bedroom wing and the property's meandering cotswold stone wall.

By sitting between each field the house enjoys magnificent views of both and significantly enhances this unique landscape setting.
