Grange Park House

This full-house refurbishment and rear extension project inGrange Park reimagines a traditional family home with a strong emphasis on natural light, garden connection, and warm materiality.

The new rear extension features a striking pitched roof with a large glazed gable, opening onto a generous outdoor terrace and landscaped garden. Internally, the kitchen and dining areas have been completely reconfigured to create a flowing, open-plan space that balances modern function with classic detailing. Handmade cabinetry, brass accents, and natural stone floors combine to give the home an elegant yet understated character.

Throughout the house, original features such as fireplaces, ceiling cornices, and leaded windows have been carefully restored and integrated into a more contemporary palette. A palette of soft greens, warm timber tones, and tactile materials runs consistently across living areas, bedrooms, and the nursery, creating a calm and cohesive environment.

The result is a light-filled and versatile family home that respects its architectural heritage while being tailored for modern living.
