Whole house refurbishment of an existing Late Victorian terraced property in the Rush Common and Brixton Hill Conservation Area. Works included loft conversion to form new bedroom and en-suite shower room. Small extension of the ground floor rear kitchen, new bathroom design and external works to the rear garden area.
Previous Architects were appointed for extending into the loft but were refused due to design issues within the Conservation area. MAS were appointed to overcome these issues which we did first time.
