Huntsmore project managed the full design and build of this side return rear extension renovation in Queen’s Park, NW6. The property forms part of a Victorian terrace on a quiet residential street. Planning permission was achieved for a rear extension into the existing side-return to create a large kitchen extension. Once the new foundations were been built, the newly created rear benefitted from underfloor heating and a herringbone patterned floor from Havwoods. The large, practical kitchen included an island for entertaining, but still left enough space for a 10-person dining table. The rest of the property was also renovated, with one of the existing bedrooms being converted into a master ensuite bathroom with ‘his and her’ wardrobe storage on both sides of the newly created ensuite. Paint in the ensuite was a combination of Farrow & Ball’s 'Green Smoke’ and ‘Card Room Green’.
