Victorian Foundry Converted into 7 Mews Houses, Suffolk
The Old Foundry project is the conversion of a 1843 building into 7 mews houses.
The conversion to mews houses designed by Model Projects and executed by houseUP had as a theme the preservation of the original 1843 elements (trusses, flint, plates, etc.) to be combined with high quality modern Italian kitchens and bathrooms brought to the UK by houseUP trade partners.
The high quality finishes have allowed our customer Sheer Luxury Homes to market the properties to the upper quartile of the customer spectrum.
In addition to the usual structural design onsite optimisation and the guidance and input on finishing materials, houseUP team has particularly excelled in this project for solving planning discharge conditions in a timely fashion and to adapt the pace of the work the the customer financing possibilities throughout the construction process.
