This was a large studio flat that was converted to a one-bedroom apartment for the client. A stud partition wall was erected to divide the large space with a new entry doorway being created further along the wall. The existing doorway was blocked off and a wardrobe with mirrored doors built into the space. The property was ‘zoned’ into different areas to incorporate living and dining areas as well as benefitting from a full refurbishment.
