Surbiton House Rear Extension

This residential extension in Surbiton transforms a traditional terraced house into a bright, open, and contemporary family home. The design focused on enhancing natural light and connectivity between interior spaces and the garden. A full-width rear extension was added to create an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with direct access to a generous landscaped garden. Large format sliding glass doors and strategically placed skylights ensure a light-filled interior throughout the day. Bespoke joinery, modern finishes, and thoughtful spatial planning deliver both functionality and elegance. The result is a calm, cohesive space that supports family life while seamlessly blending indoors and outdoors.
