“We have worked with Giovanni on our home for 10 years. He is very easy to work with, very accommodating of our ideas, and super responsive during the build phases when we needed advice. As an Engineer, I would say the best bit is his background in construction. This meant the digital plans were immaculate, highly detailed and contained everything I needed as a self builder. If the phrase is "stick to the plan" then if you stick to a Giovanni plan, your home will be millimetre perfect.”

“I engaged Chris to draw up plans for a house extension and garage conversion into an office and shed. I was extremely impressed with Chris's attitude and professionalism throughout the whole process. He kept me informed of his work, advised me where necessary and came to see me at regular intervals to review the design and ensure I understood all aspects of the work clearly. Chris's knowledge through the planning process was invaluable and helped get this approved effortlessly. His detailed and thorough plans and drawings meant that the builders (a number of whom Chris recommended) could price up this work in an accurate manner and provide detailed timelines for the project. Which as a project manager myself was great to see! There is absolutely no doubt I would use Chris again for any other projects and have happily recommended him to friends and family.”

“The most efficient and friendly staff, highly professional team that can execute your kitchen dreams and desires to an exact specification! The expertise that the team had from the inception with the detailed drawings with great design ideas and 3D visuals created by Sonya, and the level of detail from the installation manager Avtar who was on site during the process and the complete knowledge of every aspect of a kitchen from appliances, accessories, colour schemes and materials and the utilization of space from the directors Ajit and Sukh gave us clear confidence in their work and passion for the job and service provided. They were extremely personable, warm, friendly and charming and a complete joy to have been serviced by. The finished product has been complimented by every guest and is now clearly the highlight of our home. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great quality kitchen with fantastic service to go with it! Our family thank you Design Abode for realising our dream kitchen. One happy customer!”

“Studio 212.eu Drew interior design specific drawings for our currently on going extension to our home in Chislehurst. I was extremely refreshed by how the initial meeting with them opened up my eyes to how we could utilise our space to maximum. After the drawings were done we got 4 possible options to choose from. They were available with patients to answer any questions, especially for me as I am poor at understanding architectural drawings. They made it easy for me to visualise the end product. It was definitely worth our money. Approachable architects that I’d not hesitate to recommend.”

“We wished to extend our house but it is a very unusual shape. We were looking for an Architect who could come up with a design for a 2 storey extension that maintained the character of the house but provided us with more usable living space. We chose Adapt because their initial design concept fulfilled all our requirements yet remained within our suggested budget. Although construction is not yet complete, our neighbours have commented on how much better the house looks. We are pleased at how much more space we will have when the work is complete and how the house will be far more suitable for us as we get older. Alan talked us through the whole process of Planning & Building Control approval & kept us fully informed during these processes. Additionally, he recommended suitable structural engineers and surveyors to assist us, and sent out tender documents to the various builders who were quoting for the work. Altogether, we were provided with an excellent service and would recommend this company without hesitation. We would recommend t”

“Louise made the whole process a very enjoyable experience. From the start she asked questions and listened to the answers, which means that I have a space that I want and is not only lovely, but works well for my family. I felt the pressure taken off me as after the design phase Louise liaised with the builders for me to ensure everyone was working together and that gave me confidence that it would all come together smoothly. “Our experience with Go plans has been excellent. They arranged a home visit at very short notice, listened to our suggestions and compiled the initial drawings relatively quickly. “Brian Hoolahan acted as our principal architect as we embarked on our project to replace our harbour fronted home in Chichester. The location of the property was particularly sensitive as it is situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Our brief was for Brian’s practice to design a family home using traditional materials whilst at the same time satisfying some of the highest environmental standards with respect to energy efficiency and material sourcing - including ground source heating and significant reliance of a sustainably sourced oak structure as an alternative to steel. Further, as a resident of Bosham we very much required that our new home was to be sympathetic towards the local environment, being close to Bosham village and its grade 1 listed Anglican church. Brian led all aspects of the design and planning approval process - which included satisfying the requirements of the District and Parish counsils as well as other authorities, including Chichester Harbour Conservancy. Following planning approval, Brian, through his construction company, Harbour Contractors, project managed the build covering all aspects of compliance and certification addressing architectural matters as they arose. We were delighted in choosing Brian’s organisation for our project and were able to benefit from his many years of professional experience as well as his deep architectural knowledge, having developed many projects throughout West Sussex.”
