Materials were sourced at reasonable prices, including IKEA & John Lewis, as well as being custom made in the case of certain shelving & cupboards. Although small, it was a difficult project, involving some structural work & completely new kitchen, bathroom & utility room in awkward spaces. Additionally it was on the 4th floor, with attendant problems of access and parking. Delano kept the disruption to a minimum, protecting the communal areas of carpet, writing to all the neighbours and generally being very considerate. The flat is beautiful and shows great attention to detail, enabling me to have everything I wanted, without losing a sense of space and light. I am delighted.”
