A special mention also goes to Ryan, who has been absolutely superb. The speed and quality of the build have been amazing, with the main structure coming together in under 3 weeks. Any issues or questions were quickly resolved through the WhatsApp group, which made communication really easy and reassuring throughout the build. Ryan worked tirelessly every day, arriving on site by 8am and continuing until he had achieved everything he set out to do for the day. Three things really stand out compared to other firms we've used in the passed: Firstly, they know the work extremely well - they focus on extensions and conversions of London property and they clearly had extensive experience doing jobs exactly like ours (side-return on a victorian mid-terrace). They had seen it all before an knew exactly what to expect. Secondly, they really understand their clients. Major building works can be incredibly stressfull, particularly when juggling jobs and kids etc etc. Plusrooms really understand this and our project manager (Scott) was exceptional.
