Previously this property was an 18 hole golf course. Barnes Walker prepared planning application drawings for the conversion into a luxury property set within parkland. Original farm outbuildings were converted to garaging and leisure facilities and a new garden curtilage was established. Impressive landscape features such as a ha-ha, topiary, sweeping drive and a series of gardens were created from scratch.
