Barnes Walker have produced a garden design for an outstanding Arts & Crafts house set in rural Cumbria. The garden has been formally designed with a series of terraces and intimate garden spaces leading off axes and geometric shapes. The garden travels down a series of levels, making full use of the sloping site and stunning scenery.

Barnes Walker have created a new garden design for an original Arts and Crafts property in The Lake District. The private residence has been extensively refurbished and is now a beautiful family home. The gardens which have been designed taking reference from Thomas Mawson's Lakeland gardens, make the most of local materials and the stunning views.
