Ovver T''ill is a local saying that refers to going over the hill - from one side of Saddleworth to the other. So, travelling from Manchester over the hill from one side of Saddleworth to the other.
It is a quote that has been mentioned numerous times during the project and has now become a term of endearment for this scheme.
The garden was design and built by Barnes Walker with the stunning backdrop of the hills and architecture by One 17 Architects.
