A simple design by Barnes Walker Ltd for a small terraced, Edwardian house in Manchester. The front garden was opened up to create a small courtyard space using soft planting, box hedging and natural stone. This design could be transferred to create a discreet off-road parking space if the materials were specified suitably. The rear garden provides the owner with an ever-changing picture view from the kitchen.
