What appears to be a low-key cottage is actually a coastal haven with three levels of sea views. Our client wished that, from the approach, this 5000 sqft house would appear as a low-key cottage.

On the seaward side the house opens up with three levels of sea views. The dining area, leading off from the kitchen, includes a double-height space and window with the balcony catching the last of the evening sun.
