ICEBERG is partially visible from the street, plunging a dramatic three floors at the rear, and painted ice white it, literally resembles an iceberg. The concept was to create a number of bespoke contemporary design-led homes, taking control of them completely from start to finish.

We brought together a team of like-minded local individuals who share our passion for promoting the evolution of quality architecture and development. Collectively we have worked to produce something distinctive, something better.

In ICEBERG II, the collaboration with Suzanne Garuda from Sundara Design has taken this concept to another level. What makes ICEBERG II unique is that it integrates architecture, interior design, and finishes, creating a seamless design framework to give you the opportunity to live in a world class home in Belfast.

Terry McDonagh, of Terry Furniture, showcases his cutting-edge quality craftsmanship in the kitchen, wardrobes, vanity units, bespoke wall panelling, and unique pieces of furniture.

PD Marlow have created the most luxurious and sensual wall finishes imaginable. Working with them is like alchemy, being able to choose from an infinite palette of colours and textures.

The beautiful concrete and textile panels are from Tactility Factory, who have combined such unexpected materials with technical brilliance.
