This grand listed building is set in a large estate. The building had fallen into total dereliction. Our client wished to have it restored, upgraded and extended. The original building is unusual that it is Grade II listed Gothick style.

We have taken Gothick style elements such as battlements and oriels and incorporated them into the extension whereas the other extensions to the rear courtyard are build of brick to compliment the lime finish.
