They also successfully handled the whole planning permission process for us and provided a very fast and professional response to the requests and changes requested by the planning officer. “We decided to award Home Architecture the design contract for a large rear extension we had planned for our 1930s house. The designed drawing by Mike had some design options that at the time we had not considered. With this open advice and forward thinking vision we approved modification for the final drawing sign off. Its now some eight years since we had the extension done and still very much appreciated the input we had from the architects. The rear extension in brief consisted of a approx 6m x 4m single story extension, with tiled roof , velux windows and Bi-fold doors across the rear to open up onto hard wood decking. I would recommend Home Architecture if you are considering building works small or large.”

“Our conservatory included a kitchen, dining room/lounge with no doors & a plastic roof so we were very cold in the winter. We contacted Building Tectonics who transformed our uncomfortable space into a very light garden room by taking the walls down between the kitchen & dining room/lounge & adding a proper roof. We now enjoy cooking, eating & relaxing in a great open space”

“VC Design was recommended to me and I would do the same without hesitation. We contacted Veronica about drawing up plans for our ground floor extension and although conceptually we had a clear idea of what we wanted to she was invaluable in advising us how to best use the space and our options within the parameters of planning. She also contacted previous clients and arranged for us to see the work they had done, this allowed us to see first hand some of the ideas we had discussed. Veronica submitted the planning application and we have now received our approval - a job very well done.”
