“My husband and I used Vaidas for our house refurbishment and extension project in Hatfield a couple of years ago. We were very pleased with his services and approach from start to finish. He obtained planning permission, dealt with building control and also supervised the construction on site. He was always easy to reach and was always patient and helpful in guiding us through our first project with the many questions that we had. I can thoroughly recommend Vaidas to everyone (and have done in the past) for their architectural needs. We've had plenty of compliments about our house and especially about our open plan kitchen and living room which opens to the garden from people visiting and I have always referred them to Vaidas. “Our experience with Go plans has been excellent. They arranged a home visit at very short notice, listened to our suggestions and compiled the initial drawings relatively quickly. They also successfully handled the whole planning permission process for us and provided a very fast and professional response to the requests and changes requested by the planning officer. “Studio Jayga Having met with a number of high end architects to do the plans for reconfiguring the ground floor of our house to create an open plan kitchen, garage conversion with utility room and downstairs cloakroom, we decided to go with Mahdi at Studio Jayga. From the very first meeting it was apparent to us that not only was he the best value for money but his eye for detail was second to none. Our project took a long time for completion (simply down to both my husband and I working), however Mahdi stayed with us for the duration- over a year! He was always at the end of the phone whenever we needed to discuss ideas- there are many times when we FaceTimed so that he could look at the project and offer solutions to problems that we couldn’t have overcome ourselves. He also regularly made on-site visits to ensure everything was going to plan. He even provided ideas for our bathroom restructure which wasn’t included in the job. Architects usually do the plans, take the fee and that is where it stops. Studio Jayga provided so much more than that. Mahdi was with us throughout, sourcing builders, materials and giving design ideas. I am very fussy and the level of detail and design ideas provided by Mahdi was faultless. There’s a saying that “if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is”, but with Mahdi and Studio Jayga this was not the case. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough- in fact I have recommended him to a number of friends and colleagues. If you are looking for the highest standard of drawings and design ideas, coupled with professionalism and someone that understands what you want in a build you won’t regret choosing Studio Jayga.”

“Yihyi has helped our family on a couple of occasions, and both have gone so well that we intend to get her involved in a third project. We can't recommend her highly enough. She helped my brother turn a two bed one bath flat into a three bed two bath flat, creating a great family home from a small space, with flair and care - but without a huge budget. A couple of years later, she has helped me update my loft space and create a living and sleeping space that we absolutely love, and also reworked my bathroom, shower room and small toilet - all of which I love. If you get the chance to hire her - do it!”

“VC Design was recommended to me and I would do the same without hesitation. We contacted Veronica about drawing up plans for our ground floor extension and although conceptually we had a clear idea of what we wanted to she was invaluable in advising us how to best use the space and our options within the parameters of planning. She also contacted previous clients and arranged for us to see the work they had done, this allowed us to see first hand some of the ideas we had discussed. Veronica submitted the planning application and we have now received our approval - a job very well done.”

“Our family is totally new in London. We bought an interesting 3 bed flat, above 20/F, besides River Thames on one side and overlooking a dock on the other side. The flat is quite new and ready for living in. We however want to have better use of the space while maintaining or even highlighting the character of the flat, we decide to look for an experienced designer from various internet referral platforms. I notice that there are a lot of highly qualified interior designers and architects available out there. After over one month of selection process, we finally decided with confidence to go with SB Studio. We choose See Beng not only because of his impressive portfolio in architectural work and interior design but more importantly is his eagerness and patience to learn our expectation. We have gone thru one month of work together. It is very fulfilled experience. See Beng listens to us patiently to learn the details of our need. In the meantime, he would always provide ideas that we never think of. I can say it is a very harmonious cooperation experience. We contract SB Studio for design and project management. We have expectations of work quality, time control and budget control. See Beng’s resourceful connection in the field provide us more alternatives in terms of style and price. In order to meet time lines, See Beng would work for us during weekends or holidays, when really required. My wife and I are so happy that we have chosen See Beng as our interior designer and project manager.”

“I worked with Pepyn from Studio Nolet on a project in Stockwell, London in 2020. The project started during the pandemic so certainly not normal circumstances for anyone involved. I found Pepyn to be very professional and he took a very hands on approach when issues arose. Something I appreciated as a project manager for the main contractor (MH Costa), particularly in the midst of a nationwide lockdown. The design package was clear, concise and was provided along with a full specification which made ordering very simple for our procurement team. The finished house looks amazing and we are very proud to have worked on the project. I hope to work with Pepyn and Studio Nolet again in the near future.”

Their professionalism and work ethic is incredible, but the most impressive aspect of their work is their creativity and how this translates into a design solutions focused towards the benefit of their clients. In our case, they came up with the most brilliant ideas to make the most out of our very limited budget, the selection of materials in tandem with the design details gave a final result that was beyond what we imagined and looked as if we have spent 3 times more than we actually did.
