The new owners of this 1970’s house in a gated community loved the location and the property but not the house. The bones were good, but it was time for a complete update. The architects altered exterior forms on the front of the house, and opened up the plan inside. Working in tandem with Jessica Risco Smith, interior designer, they changed every surface and fixture on the interior to create a very contemporary farmhouse vibe.
