Ojai, California. This is a major transformation of an older Tudor-style house in Upper Ojai. Most of the framing and foundation were retained, but the house got new insulation, interior and exterior finishes, windows, cabinets, and fixtures. The resulting Craftsman-style house will be comfortable and energy efficient for many years to come. It has been featured on two home tours and in a local magazine.
