“Our experience with Go plans has been excellent. They arranged a home visit at very short notice, listened to our suggestions and compiled the initial drawings relatively quickly. They also successfully handled the whole planning permission process for us and provided a very fast and professional response to the requests and changes requested by the planning officer. “I worked with Pepyn from Studio Nolet on a project in Stockwell, London in 2020. The project started during the pandemic so certainly not normal circumstances for anyone involved. I found Pepyn to be very professional and he took a very hands on approach when issues arose. Something I appreciated as a project manager for the main contractor (MH Costa), particularly in the midst of a nationwide lockdown. The design package was clear, concise and was provided along with a full specification which made ordering very simple for our procurement team. The finished house looks amazing and we are very proud to have worked on the project. I hope to work with Pepyn and Studio Nolet again in the near future.”

“Designed a Garden Room extension to the back of a 1960s house in a 20th Century Conservation Area to create an 'integrated living' feel to the ground floor including taking the kitchen into this space. The Architects worked collaboratively with us, taking the design through the Planning process, producing detailed tender documents to enable us to select an appropriate builder. Remaining in the background but available to support us during the construction period.”

“Innovative design ideas with precise attention to detail. FP provided a thorough service from design to project management (including liaising with builder throughout project; obtaining planning permission; managing payment schedules). Good source of knowledge and advice for furnishings and fittings. Some expensive tastes...! Very nice to deal with and would reccomend without any hesitation.”

“Model Projects were a delight, from the initial brief with James who immediately took my requirements and turned them into a fantastic design - spot on first time with no amendments necessary. Kathryn then took over on a day to day basis as project manager and I cannot praise her highly enough. Dealing with the local authority, building control, structural engineers and the many contractors was done with calm and determination and I now have my dream space.”

“The company has acted already for us on two major refurbishment projects completed at just under £500000 cost in the last three years and are now giving us advice on two other larger flagship properties we own to convert commercial space into residential where we as a private fund own a portfolio of property We have found them very responsive and have always given us very good advice along with project management and design in often complicated situations They helped us enormously in obtaining listed building consent and other planning uses for alterations on two of our buildings despite one, very difficult Council They have also suggested and appointed contractors for us and supervised them We have too found their fees reasonable and competitive so we have only very good recommendations to make about the company”

“Trevor Brown was a pleasure to work with. We started with a humble idea of replacing a structurally unsound kitchen with something a bit nicer, and he transformed the project into a fabulous piece of architecture. Trevor is knowledgeable, and has an ambitious attitude to even simple projects. By paying attention to both the structure and the details of the kitchen, Trevor created a space which is a beautiful space and also very functional. Trevor is a busy man, but he replied to emails, and answered the phone when we had queries. He worked well with the construction team and they were able to take a pragmatic approach to solving problems along the way. We exceeded the original budget, but that was at least in part because we chose more expensive options when Trevor offered us choices.”

“VC Design was recommended to me and I would do the same without hesitation. We contacted Veronica about drawing up plans for our ground floor extension and although conceptually we had a clear idea of what we wanted to she was invaluable in advising us how to best use the space and our options within the parameters of planning. She also contacted previous clients and arranged for us to see the work they had done, this allowed us to see first hand some of the ideas we had discussed. Veronica submitted the planning application and we have now received our approval - a job very well done.”

“Yihyi has helped our family on a couple of occasions, and both have gone so well that we intend to get her involved in a third project. We can't recommend her highly enough. She helped my brother turn a two bed one bath flat into a three bed two bath flat, creating a great family home from a small space, with flair and care - but without a huge budget. A couple of years later, she has helped me update my loft space and create a living and sleeping space that we absolutely love, and also reworked my bathroom, shower room and small toilet - all of which I love. If you get the chance to hire her - do it!”
