A 1930's Bungalow, has been empty for some time. The property developer needed a complete upgrading and add an extension. Another Architect had designed the project and obtained Planning Consent. I was asked to achieve Building Control approval and to find a solution for the large spans without encumbering the interior space with columns. The proposed large spans of the proposed extension are 10x8 metres and have ben achieved by using easy-joists. The project is now completed.
