This P.H. was built in the 19th century over several existing buildings. There are two distinct buildings one is partly built in Timber ‘box-framing’ with a large protruding bay window. The other is a different style building and has an ornate front. The proposed two flats, one on each floor, will have their own entrance and main staircase, separate from the P.H..
